Continuing our presence at the Tribeca Film Festival, Men's Backstage attended the premier of the Human Capital (Il capitale umano). The story was based on an American novel and plugged into the Italian society. It was about a fetal hit-and-run accident and told from the point view of three separate characters (in three different chapters). The hour and half movie was full of family drama, society problem, greed and desperate, class between the rich and poor... To keep the words short, let's just say things go down like a spinal.
As the director pointed out after the movie, it is a dark and deep story. The narrative is cleverly trimmed and the plot is detailedly planned. It might not be the type of movie that touches your soul, but it surely isn't one that would disappoint.
